Biloxi Blues By Neil Simon After last year’s critically acclaimed production of Brighton Beach Memoirs, we are opening our season with the return of Marco Robinson as Eugene Jerome in part two of Neil Simon’s autobiographical trilogy. Last season Mark Arnest of The Gazette called Robinson, a Pine Creek High School student, a “phenomenon.” In Biloxi Blues, Eugene (the young Neil Simon) is now an army recruit during the Second World War, going through his basic training and learning more about life at boot camp in Biloxi, Miss., in 1943. The New York Times calls this Tony Award winning comedy "joyous and unexpectedly rewarding." |

Lend Me a Tenor By Ken Ludwig It’s September 1934, and the Cleveland Grand Opera Company has invited the world famous tenor Tito Morelli to perform Otello, his greatest role, at the gala season opener. Through a series of mishaps and mistaken identity, this adult farce left audiences on Broadway and London's West End teary-eyed with laughter. Lend Me a Tenor, a seven-time Tony Award nominee, deftly blends slapstick humor and zany situations with classical opera. "Uproarious! Hysterical!" - USA Today … "Screamingly funny!" - CBS Radio. |

The Music Man Music, Book, and Lyrics by Meredith Wilson This award-winning, critically acclaimed Broadway classic is an all-American institution. It follows the fast-talking traveling salesman Harold Hill as he cons the people of River City, Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys’ band he vows to organize – this despite the fact he doesn’t know a trombone from a treble clef. At times wicked, funny, warm, romantic, and touching, The Music Man is family entertainment at its best. |
