Where experimentation is rewarded

Experience world class cuisine in a fun, relaxed, sharing atmosphere – Experience Nosh – unveiled this summer at the FAC MODERN in Plaza of the Rockies. Tiny bites of goodness enjoyed with friends, paired with unique wines from around the globe. Food is designed to be shared and wines to accompany each different bite of goodness.

In April, 2007 the Fine Arts Center hired EJC Management Company and Joseph Coleman to provide food service for the FAC MODERN Jazz Bistro. The restaurant's food offerings are now expanding to include lunch and dinner throughout the week, and to accompany this change, it's receiving a fresh new name as well. The FAC MODERN Jazz Bistro will now be known as Nosh.

Located adjacent to the Fine Arts Center MODERN gallery, Nosh offers inspired yet informal dining centered on small plates. Perfect for business lunches, after work drinks on the patio, or late night snacks.
