
William Sherman, executive chef and owner of Amuzé Bistro, assumed the management of our café in June. The restaurant is now called "Amuzé at the FAC" (pronounced AH-muz-ā) and is currently open for lunch on Tuesday-Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Amuzé means to "to hold the attention of (someone) pleasantly; entertain or divert in an enjoyable or cheerful manner.” Chef Sherman strives to do just that with every dish, each created using only the freshest, finest ingredients and organic products.
