Theatre Journeys

July 6 – 10, July 13 – 17 • 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. • Fine Arts Center Music Room

There will be a presentation of the work achieved on Friday, July 17 at 5:30 p.m.

Ages 10 to 13

Shakespeare said, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” So, come ‘play’ with us as we explore the amazing world of theatre. For two weeks, students will explore all aspects of the theatre, from stage direction, to script development, from audition firsts to final performance. This two week workshop will culminate in a final performance for friends and parents. A great introduction to theatre as well as a place to hone your skills and prepare for Youth Repertory Theatre!

Tuition: $275 for Fine Arts Center members | $300 for non-members

Tuition includes three complimentary tickets to the Fine Arts Center’s Youth Repertory Theatre
2009 invited dress rehearsals.

We encourage all those interested in this program to become a member of the Fine Arts Center. Membership will not only reduce the price of tuition, it also carries with it discounts to all theatre and museum activities held at the Fine Arts Center. Payment for Theatre Journeys must be made in person at the Fine Arts Center Box Office. Please print the following forms, which are required to complete registration:

All registration forms must be completely filled out, signed, and handed to a Box Office Representative prior to making payment.

Registration begins Tuesday, March 3 and will stay open until the class is full. SPACE IS LIMITED.
